Clear guidelines on payment processing and refund procedures

Important Refund Notice

Recclar acts as a payment facilitator between students/clients and business owners (coaches, tutors, gym owners). We do not directly provide refunds for payments made through our platform.

1. Payment Processing

  • 1All payments processed through Recclar are final from our perspective
  • 2Our 2.5% processing fee (incoming) and 2.5% disbursement fee (outgoing) are non-refundable once the transaction is complete

2. Refund Requests

  • 1Refunds must be requested directly from the business owner (coach, tutor, gym owner)
  • 2The business owner has full discretion to approve or deny refund requests
  • 3If a business owner approves a refund, they must process it manually through their payment method

3. Dispute Resolution

  • 1Recclar provides payment verification tools to resolve disputes about whether payment was made
  • 2We maintain complete transaction records that can be referenced if needed
  • 3For service disputes (quality of coaching/training), parties must resolve directly
