Welcome to Recclar. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform designed for managing recurring payments between service providers (coaches, tutors, gym owners) and their clients.
Recclar acts as a payment facilitator, not a party to transactions. You're responsible for the accuracy of payment details and compliance with all applicable laws.
We charge a total of 2.5% (including payment processor fees) on transactions. The exact breakdown is 1.9% + ₹3 payment processor fee and 0.6% platform fee per transaction.
All payments processed through Recclar are final. Refund requests must be directed to the service provider, who may process refunds at their discretion.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms or engaging in fraudulent activities.
